Smart City & Digital Economy Convention (SDEC) 2023

The Selangor Smart City & Digital Economy Convention (SDEC) stands as a gathering that unites industry leaders, startups, SMEs, and players from the public and private sectors. The aim is to delve into the frameworks and innovative solutions that constitute present and future smart cities and digital economy landscapes.

In its 8th iteration, SDEC is looking forward to attracting more visitors as the convention will host more exciting exhibition booths, three major conferences encompassing 13 engaging topics, and feature insights from 65 experienced speakers. These discussions will revolve around ESG (environmental, social, and governance), startup pitches, investor summits, and the digitalization of SMEs.

Fusionex Group Digital & Analytics Advisory Director Freddy Loo was invited to speak at the prestigious event as a keynote speaker. He will also participate as a panelist alongside Artificial Intelligence Center Hamburg (ARIC) Chief Legal Officer Jan Schnedler, Taiwan AI Lab Founder Ethan Tu, and Beyond Reach Consulting Limited UK Consultant Patricia Shaw. The panel discussion will be moderated by the Global Organization of Smart City (GO SMART) Secretary General and Taipei Computer Association International Cooperation Center CEO Dr Lee Chen Yu.
