International Digital Economy Forum 2023

Fusionex Group MD Jacob Isaac is invited to serve as a panelist at the International Digital Economy Forum (IDEFCON) 2023 earlier today. He will be joined by Bizsphere Managing Consultant Yap Keng Tech, moderated by MDCC Chairman Emeritus Raymond Woo. The focal point of their discussion will revolv around the rise of IR4.0, with estimates pointing to a 30% boost in productivity across all sectors by 2030. – Malaysia Industry Readiness for IR 4.0

The 5G future is here. Years in the making, the long-buzzed-about fifth generation of wireless connectivity has become a reality, ushering in an era of radical new possibilities in many industries. Innovative use cases such as autonomous drones and smart city ecosystems promise increased efficiency and productivity for governments and businesses in a post-pandemic world, and pervasive benefits across the globe. 5G is estimated to lead to the creation of approximately 750,000 jobs across the economy and will contribute to an increase in the proportion of high-skilled jobs.

The Recovery is Digital, But Integrity especially with AI?

Since the start of the pandemic, businesses and individuals saw first-hand the tremendous potential of technology. It kept people connected, helped businesses adapt and keep running. It also introduced some organizations to new operating models and capabilities that make their business more competitive and help it grow especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence growth. However Artificial Intelligence could displace roughly 15% of workers, or 400 million people, worldwide between 2016 and 2030, according to a McKinsey study.
