ASEANTA Travel Exchange (ATEX) & Fusionex Launch Virtual Platform

ASEAN Tourism Association (ASEANTA) and Fusionex will be signing a collaboration agreement to introduce ASEANTA Travel Exchange (ATEX), a comprehensive virtual exhibition and engagement platform, to help facilitate an inclusive business environment and provide greater access to new markets.

As the COVID-19 pandemic wrought unprecedented disruption upon the travel and tourism sector, borders have been closed and large gatherings discouraged. The launch of this initiative is essential to help support local enterprises to easily connect with global businesses.

ASEANTA President Mr Eddy Krismeidi Soemawilaga will be signing the agreement while Fusionex is represented by Group CEO Dato’ Seri Ivan Teh. Officiating the platform’s launch is Cambodia Ministry of Tourism Director General of Tourism Development & International Cooperation and Chairman of ASEAN NTOs H.E. Mr Thong Rathasak.
