45th Anniversary of DSAM Convention & Outstanding Entrepreneurs Awards 2023

Direct Selling Association of Malaysia (DSAM) functions at the societal level to create and maintain an environment that is conducive to the growth and stability of the direct selling industry in Malaysia. This year, DSAM celebrates its 45^th Anniversary Convention & Outstanding Entrepreneurs Awards.

As part of the prestigious event, Freddy Loo Director of Digital & Analytics Advisory will be delivering his keynote address on ‘Artificial Intelligence in Direct Selling’. The event will also be graced by DSAM Code Administrator Tan Sri Noor Hisham as the guest of honor, adding significance to the occasion.

Established in 1978, DSAM has served as the national direct selling association dedicated to promoting direct selling nationally and globally, becoming the de facto voice of the industry. As the ethical bearer of the direct selling industry in Malaysia, their mission is to support direct selling companies in the fields of governance, education, communication, consumer protection, and ethics.

Currently, DSAM has 140 members with nearly 3.9 million distributors. The collective of DSAM members comprising 64% local direct selling companies alongside international counterparts, have generated over RM15 billion in retail sales in 2022. DSAM is a Platinum Member as well as an advisor for the Asia Pacific region to the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA). The Secretariat for the Asian Federation of Direct Selling Associations (AFDSA) is also at DSAM.
